It’s been almost two months since a handful of SegPay merchants began using our new merchant portal. Their feedback has led to a number of fixes and improvements and we think the portal is in pretty good shape now – so, we’re opening it up to anyone who wants to try it out and help make it even better!
This is still a Beta release, so not everything will be perfect, but we encourage all of our merchants to have a look, and let us know what you think.
Interested? Here’s how to get started:
- Go to: https://mp.segpay.com/Account/Register
- Enter your email address and a password.
- Send a note to: email@example.com and include:
- the email you used to register.
- the merchant ID’s you want assigned to this account.
We’ll notify you when your new login is ready. Once it is, you can manage the following in the new merchant portal:
- Your websites
- Price points
- Postback configurations
- Retention Offers
The ability to create packages and manage your company info is coming in a week or so, and we’ll continue to add features and fixes on a weekly basis.

We’re hoping to finalize the Beta and announce the new portal to the world sometime in July, so you have plenty of time to check it out and share your thoughts.
