New in the Merchant Portal this week: view recent cancellations and expirations; and learn more about unsuccessful rebills, including the date of the next billing attempt.
Recent Cancel/Expires Report – This new report – accessed under the My Consumers menu – shows your recurring-billing memberships that were cancelled or expired during the time period you select. Coming soon: eligible memberships will include a Reactivation button, allowing you to quickly reinstate the cancelled/expired member.
Insight into multiple rebill attempts:- When viewing the purchase record for a subscription where a failed billing attempt is in a “re-trying” state, you now see the date of the next try (“Next Transaction Date” in image below), along with the reason the previous attempt(s) did not succeed.
