Recently, Segpay welcomed Glen Nelson to our team of tech support pros helping merchants with account setup, fraud detection and general product inquiries. For merchants and fellow Segpay employees who have worked with Glen lo these past three months, and wanted to get to know him better, this is your lucky day.
A little more than a year ago, Segpay welcomed Marco Escobar as its IT Director, responsible for all of our systems and PCI compliance efforts. We sat down with Marco to learn more about him.Continue reading “Get to Know a Segpay Employee: Marco Escobar”
Up to this point, our Get to Know a Segpay Employee series has focused on newer members of the team. However, today we are profiling a true Segpay veteran, our VP of Operations, Jeff Rosenzweig. Many of you probably know Jeff already, but there is always more to the story when it comes to “The Real Rosey” (or were we not supposed to mention that name?) 🙂
In May, David Hohman became Segpay’s newest VP of Finance, and its tallest employee (by a lot). We’re confident David will help take us to new heights in 2018 and beyond, so we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to Segpay’s new money man.
Mitchel Mastrucci (Mitch) is one of Segpay’s newest employees, having joined our client integrations and support team in February of this year. The folks here at Segpay are still learning about our new colleague, and thought you might like to join us in getting to know a little about Mitch.
Who are the people behind Segpay? One of them is David Noel, a senior web developer who has made great contributions to products such as Segpay’s merchant portal, consumer portal and reporting services (our API). David has been with Segpay for nearly two years now. We’ve all enjoyed getting to know him, and thought you might, too.
The last time we “got to know a SegPay employee” we met Jessica from our QA team. It was so much fun we thought we’d profile another one of SegPay’s QA Engineers, Zhanna Garcia. Zhanna joined SegPay in early 2017 and has made an immediate impact. We thought you’d enjoy her story.
It is that time again: time to get to know one of the people behind SegPay, and put a face and a story to a name you may already know. If you are a merchant who has interacted with our tech support team, it’s very possible you have talked or emailed with Jessica McFarLane before. A few months ago, Jessica transitioned to SegPay’s QA team. We sat down with Jessica in a conference room on a rainy September afternoon, and here’s what she had to say:
It’s been a few months since our last employee spotlight (Teresa). We’re back again to discuss one of the dedicated, smart and all-around awesome members of our staff. This time the spotlight shines on Christina Marquez, who has deftly handled technical support since 2014.
When asked what makes SegPay a successful company and a great place to work, we have an easy answer: our people. We know every company says that, but we really mean it! (Oh, right, everyone says that too 🙂 ). OK, well then we’re going to try and prove it by spotlighting some of our most dedicated, caring, smart and interesting employees on… a somewhat regular basis. So, welcome to the first in our new, ongoing series: Get to Know a SegPay Employee. Today, our multi-named (and talented) marketing manager, Teresa Grisham-Van Eps.
